"Awesome place for snowboard equipment"
I just picked up a pair of snowboard goggles from this shop online, and let me tell ya, it was a fantastic experience. They showed up fast, complete with tracking info, and were packed up really well. The price for the goggles was solid, and I can't wait to hit the slopes (fingers crossed soon!) and give them a go. Overall, top-notch service from these folks, and you can bet I'll be shopping with them again down the line.

"Awesome support and communication"
I’m really happy with the help I got from Sail and Ski! Honestly, I’ve been a bit nervous about ordering from anyone besides Amazon lately, but their communication was top-notch and the personal assistance from Dave was just great. Huge thanks from a super satisfied customer with two pairs of incredible skis!!

"Simple ordering and fast shipping"
It was a hassle-free experience. I placed my order on a Sunday, and by Wednesday, the ski helmet was at my door. Super quick and straightforward. When you think about it, a lot of ski websites are based in Europe, and after you factor in the import tax, the prices in the UK end up being more affordable!

"Positive Shopping Experience"
I bought a ski bag from this site, and I’m giving it 4 stars because the item was out of stock. I had to reach out via email to find that out. After that, the service was fantastic! They offered me different color choices and even shipped it out the next day. Overall, it was a really good experience with them.

"Awesome Skis and Excellent Service"
These skis are fantastic, and the service was top-notch at a fair price. I had a clear idea of the skis and bindings I needed, so I called Ben on Thursday morning. He was super knowledgeable and really helpful. We settled on a price, and he took care of the binding fitting details and free delivery. The skis arrived right at our doorstep by noon on Friday, just like he said. We’d definitely recommend this company and would shop with them again.

"Awesome customer support"
Awesome customer support! I needed some guidance on a few wetsuits, one for a triathlon and another for surfing. I got to try on several options and received a detailed rundown on the advantages and disadvantages of each. Left with a fantastic suit and I'm definitely coming back for the other one soon!

I purchased a triathlon bag as a present, making the most of the Bank Holiday 10% discount. The product page was somewhat unclear (now fixed), so I accidentally ordered the wrong color. I reached out via the online chat to Product Adviser, Ben, who promptly resolved the problem and updated my order. The dispatch was lightning fast. The bag arrived in pristine condition the very next morning. I'm really impressed with how fast it got here and the adaptable customer service. Great job!

"Lack of support post-purchase..."
Awesome deal and speedy shipping, so I had no problems with buying the skis. The trouble started when my skis got stolen while I was at the resort, and I needed a copy of the invoice for the police report. After making one call and sending three emails, I didn’t hear back from them at all. I’ll be looking for replacements somewhere else!

I recently purchased some skis online and got a message that same evening letting me know that, even though my payment was processed, the skis were out of stock. They quickly offered me an upgrade for a little extra since the replacement skis were way pricier. The skis showed up the next day - big thanks, and I can't wait to hit the slopes with them!

The website might not be top-notch, but the prices are fantastic, which I reckon balances things out. However, what really stands out is their customer support.
I mistakenly got my kit in the wrong size, but after just one call, the crew sorted it out through email, and my package showed up right on time. Couldn't be happier...

"Awesome service, speedy and trustworthy!"
I placed an order for skis and bindings late on Monday night, and they arrived by Wednesday afternoon (I went with the first class option for just £1.99). Everything was just as I requested, and I even got some free poles! I'm definitely coming back to shop here again because of the fantastic prices and quality products! I'd suggest it to anyone!

"Awesome Delivery Experience"
I placed an order for a New Lib Tech Lando Pheonix 160 board at noon on Thursday, December 22nd. I opted for the free shipping instead of paying extra for 1-2 day delivery to ensure it got here before Christmas. To my surprise, it showed up the very next morning at 10am, which is pretty incredible considering it was just two days before Christmas, the craziest time for couriers. Plus, they threw in a new Burton snowboard bag worth around £50.

"Great handling of my order and queries; got exactly what I wanted"
I bought skis, poles, and a ski bag for my wife (seemed like a solid trade at the moment :-) and they arrived with the bindings adjusted for the necessary ski boots and the rider's skill level. I'd definitely use them again and got some solid, unbiased info while chatting about skis and choices.
